Old War Room Custom Kill Team Rules

I have been working on some Kill Team rules for the last few months and have finally finished them.
I started them due to putting a Spring wargaming weekend on for some friends and wanting to play Kill Team on Sunday. The only issue was that I could not find a decent rules set to use, so I figured why not write my own aye?
